Welcome

Aydon House in Alnwick is a long established guesthouse, family run by Jane and Arthur Carroll. A warm welcome is assured.

The house is a very large Victorian end terrace quietly situated a short walk away (five minutes) from Alnwick's town centre.

Accommodation

We offer bed and breakfast accommodation in comfortable en-suite bedrooms.

There are 7 bedrooms: 1 single, 3 double and 3 twin-bed rooms; available between 1^st May and 30^th September each year.

Facilities

There is a large, comfortable residents lounge, hospitality trays and television in each room and ironing facilities are available.

We even have a rear garden with ducks!

Special diets can be arranged.

Parking

We have a large private car-park at the rear of the house - you are welcome to leave your car here whilst you explore Alnwick's many attractions.

Location & locality

We are situated on left on the main road (B6346) into Alnwick from the south, just after the Alnmouth Road (A1068) roundabout. You can find us on Multimap.

Barter Books is only two minutes walk away, whilst Alnwick Castle and Alnwick Garden are less than ten minutes.

Alnwick's restaurants, cafés, theatre (Alnwick Playhouse), swimming pool (& sports centre) and shops are all within easy walking distance.

Aydon House is also a good base for both coast and countryside.
